2024 Marketing Proposal

We love our job and we love our clients. Here is a quick look at some of our favorite moments in the last year. We feel very fortunate to have such a wide variety of clients, allowing us to explore many industries and take a different approach to each project.

 

Video Examples

Thank you for taking the time to review our proposal and the following examples of our work. We’ve had the pleasure to serve many amazing clients over the years, however, in appreciation of your time, we have limited these projects to the most applicable.

 

Storybrand Video

A storybrand video is a great way to show the personality of your team and values behind your organization, and establish a relationship of trust and loyalty with your customers. Ultimately, a storybrand video shows customers how your products/services can solve their problems and better their lives.

This video for 5G Open Innovation Lab was created to present the issues that farmers are having in multiple regions and how 5G’s technology works to combat their problems.

 

Grower Testimonials

Testimonials are one of the most important pieces of telling your story. Getting a first-hand experience shows your potential customers what it’s like to work with your team and how your product/service has helped them succeed.

For GS Long, their consultants work closely with their growers and in many cases, have developed friendships over the years. The result of these interviews is that GSL’s growers have full trust in their knowledge and consider GSL as a partner.

 

On-Screen Graphics

In some cases, having text callouts on screen helps drive home the message our client’s are trying to convey. On-screen graphics are a great addition to a short-form video to make it more engaging and entertaining for your viewers.

In this video for Yakima Chief Ranches, they wanted to show the breadth of their work across the PNW and their commitment to the success of their growers.

 

On-Screen Graphics & Interviews

This video is an example of a short-form video using a voiceover, on-screen graphics, and interview footage. In short-form videos like this one, we grab the most compelling interview footage from our production days so the message is clear, concise, and educational for the viewers.

 

Video Series

We have created several videos for Moriet Miketa’s Living in Yakima series. Moriet hosts each episode and takes viewers around the valley to showcase everything it has to offer. Her main goal is to change the narrative about Yakima by uploading these videos to YouTube to draw in a more positive light when researching the valley. Each episode covers a different topic and includes interviews with different community members.

Our team designed a consistent look and feel to each episode to be more recognizable to viewers. You can view all of the episodes we created on her YouTube Channel.

Project Description

Digital Vendetta Productions is thrilled to present a comprehensive proposal aimed at enhancing the brand visibility and communication strategy of BX. Our proposal focuses on leveraging compelling video and photo content to effectively showcase BX's innovative solutions, processes, and outcomes to potential customers. By encapsulating BX's mission, methodology, and success stories through captivating visuals, we aim to solidify BX's position as a leader in Yakima’s agricultural technology industry.

The below deliverables and budget are laid out for a 6-month contract.


Deliverables

  • Storybrand Exercise

    • DV will guide you through the Storybrand Exercise which will make up the key components of your brand and story. This exercise will simplify your message and focus on how your product or service will guide your customers to be the hero in their own story.

  • 1 (60 sec) Elevator Pitch Video

    • Using the storybranding one-liner we’ll create in the first step, we’ll lay out the video to focus on the value proposition from a strong branding perspective. This is first priority.

  • 1 (3-4 minute) Storybrand Video

    • This video will include interviews with key staff and testimonial statements from customers. It will live on the website and can be used for social media, email blasts, etc. Think of this video as the foundation that the rest of the content is built upon, but we will also be able to iterate upon it as we gather more footage along the way.

  • 4 (2-3 minute) Grower Testimonials

    • These videos will highlight specific growers that your team is working with. Testimonials are the most effective form of communicating results to potential customers by seeing first-hand success from your product/services.

  • 8 (60-90 second) Short-Form Videos

    • These short-form videos dive deeper into topics that can be used throughout the website or used in advertising to target specific customers. These topics can include:

      • Founder story

      • Overview of carbon credits (what are they and how do they work)

      • How does BX help your farm make money

      • Short story of your move to Yakima

      • Sales flow chart

      • Royal City project

      • 2 subjects of your choosing

  • 12 (two per month) Day in the Life Videos & Reels

    • DV will shoot “day in the life” style video blogs that can be cut into short social media reels and transcribed to be added to the blog page on the website. These videos will give potential customers an inside look on how you’re helping your growers. DV will create stylized graphics for a consistent look throughout this series, including a title and “presented by BX”. Our team will create a vertical reel to correspond with each episode for social media use.

  • 24 (one per week) Social Media Reels

    • Using the footage we capture during the production days, we can create social media reels that highlight specific elements of your company.

  • Photography Package

    • Photos will be captured during all production days to be used on the updated website, social media, print marketing materials, etc.


Budget

Elevator Pitch Video

  • Pre & Post Production: 3 days x $925/day = $2775

    • Includes account management, conceptual meetings, creative planning and storyboarding, editing, rendering, and delivery.

Storybrand Video

  • Production Days:

    • 2 days x $3,500/day = $7,000

      • These days are dedicated to capturing interviews and b-roll with the BX leadership team.

      • Includes a 2-3-person team, pro cameras and drones, lighting package, and audio recording.

  • Pre & Post Production: 5 days x $925/day = $4,625

    • Includes account management, conceptual meetings, creative planning and storyboarding, scheduling, editing, rendering, and delivery.

Grower Testimonials

  • Production Days:

    • 4 days x $3,500/day = $14,000

      • These days are dedicated to capturing testimonial interviews and b-roll with 4 of your grower customers.

      • Includes a 2-3-person team, pro cameras and drones, lighting package, and audio recording.

  • Pre & Post Production: 12 days x $925/day = $11,100

    • Includes account management, conceptual meetings, creative planning and storyboarding, scheduling, editing, rendering, and delivery.

Short-Form Videos

  • Production Days:

    • 4 days x $3,500/day = $14,000

      • These days are dedicated to capturing interviews and/or b-roll for a variety of subjects.

      • Includes a 2-3-person team, pro cameras and drones, lighting package, and audio recording.

  • Pre & Post Production: 8 days x $925/day = $7,400

    • These videos will use the interview and b-roll footage from the above deliverable production days.

    • Includes account management, conceptual meetings, creative planning and storyboarding, scheduling, editing, rendering, and delivery.

Day in the Life Videos & Reels

  • Production Days:

    • 12 half-days x $1,750/half-day = $21,000

      • These days are dedicated to capturing vlog-style day in the life footage with Ben.

      • Includes a 1-2-person team, pro cameras and drones, lighting package, and audio recording.

  • Pre & Post Production: 24 days x $925/day = $22,200

    • Includes account management, conceptual meetings, creative planning and storyboarding, scheduling, editing, rendering, and delivery.

  • Transcribe Videos: $2,520

    • Transcribing and editing each video to upload the copy to a blog post on the website.

Social Media Reels & Photography

  • Pre & Post Production: 8 days x $925/day = $7,400

    • These videos will use the interview and b-roll footage from the above deliverable production days.

    • Includes account management, conceptual meetings, creative planning and storyboarding, scheduling, editing (video & photo), rendering, and delivery.

Storybrand Exercise

  • $500

    • Includes DV CEO and Account Manager guiding you through this exercise and a comprehensive exercise sheet.

Music, Travel, and Graphic Design

  • Music: $500

    • Selection and acquisition of audio bed.

  • Travel (outside of Yakima Valley): TBD

    • IRS Mileage Rate + Travel Accomodations (if necessary)

  • Graphic Design: $700

    • Design and animation of on-screen graphics.

OVERALL TOTAL (6 months): $115,720 + Travel

We propose that we would split this amount up as $60,000 cash ($10,000 per month) plus $50,000 in equity shares of this initial round. Pre production and the intial elevator pitch video editing would start right away and billing could start in September.

 

We have a variety of ways that we can adjust the scope if need be, so please let us know if you have any questions or would like us to adjust our approach to better fit your needs. Upon acceptance of this proposal, we will schedule a follow-up meeting to bounce ideas as a team and develop a plan moving forward, from what will be in each video piece, dates to film and photograph, etc.  This is a fun process and we look forward to collaborating with you!
